Can I work in Arizona with an out-of-state journeyman license?

Yes. Arizona has no state journeyman license, and A.R.S. 32-1121 exempts workers whose only pay is wages from the contractor licensing law. That means you can work for a licensed electrical contractor in Arizona without an Arizona license. You need your own ROC license only to contract electrical work yourself.
