No. Since July 1, 2024, section 489.5335(2) of the Florida Statutes says counties and cities must recognize a journeyman electrical license issued by any other Florida county or city. Some counties still list paperwork fees, such as Broward County's $50 letter of reciprocity, so call the local building department before you start work there.
