Does Florida accept journeyman licenses from other states?

Florida's county-to-county recognition under section 489.5335 covers journeyman licenses issued by Florida counties and cities only. An electrician with an out-of-state journeyman license applies to a Florida county or city board and meets its experience and exam rules. Florida's endorsement process under section 489.511 is for electrical contractors licensed in another state.
