Send the Arizona Registrar of Contractors' Out-of-State Waiver Request Form (RC-L-200G) to the state that issued your license, which completes it, stamps it with the state seal and mails it back. Submit that form with your Arizona license application in place of trade exam results. The registrar may approve the waiver when the qualifying party passed a trade exam for the license, was named on it within the last 5 years and held a comparable scope of work.
