How many CPR-trained workers does OSHA require on electrical work?

Under OSHA 1910.269(b)(1), field work on exposed lines or equipment energized at 50 volts or more with two or more employees needs at least two persons trained in first aid, including CPR. At fixed locations like substations, enough trained people must be available to reach each worker exposed to shock within 4 minutes.
