What certifications help you get hired as an industrial electrician?

NFPA 70E electrical safety training, OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 and lockout/tagout training are common requirements for plant jobs. PLC training on the platform a plant runs, plus hands-on motor control and VFD experience, can carry as much weight as any certificate. A state electrician license backs it all up where one is required.
