We are looking for a Commercial Electrician who has Commercial experience. Lead Needed – Residential Code Experience
Commercial project with a residential scope: an apartment complex consisting of 280 dwelling units.
We are seeking a skilled Residential Punch List & Troubleshooting Technician to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve construction deficiencies and punch list items. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of residential building codes and the ability to perform unit trim and finish work with precision. Attention to detail is essential, as the role requires completing repairs without damaging or compromising existing finishes. Strong problem-solving skills, craftsmanship, and a commitment to quality are required
All PPE will be provided.
